Please read this policy carefully before placing international orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship worldwide, including:

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and other parts of Asia

All orders are shipped directly from Tamil Nadu, India.


2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Charges

5. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The buyer is fully responsible for all customs-related payments and risks after dispatch.

  • If the parcel is delayed, held, or rejected by customs, WizBasket will not be liable for refunds or replacements.


6. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments except for defective or damaged products.

Replacement will be processed only if:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong item was shipped by us.

To initiate a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wizbasket@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, clear photos/video proof, and package label.

No returns or refunds will be issued for:

  • Customs delays or confiscation

  • Buyer’s change of mind or dislike of the product

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer


7. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed to ensure protection during international transit.
Fragile and liquid items are sealed with multiple protective layers to prevent leakage or damage.


8. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS).
